The Holidays

So we finally got moved, cleaned the old apartment, and got organzied in our new one bedroom space. It isnt actually to bad (so far anyways.)

I am just not ready for Christmas. But its not what you think I am actually more then 3/4 done with Christmas shopping. I have to work Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the weekend after Christmas. I just know its going to ruin this christmas for me. Plus I am just dying to find out if this baby is a girl or a boy. My sonagram is not suppose to be until Jan. 5th. But I am practically begging the doctor to let me have one this week or next week. Sterling told me that I should just not leave my doctors appointment on Wed. until they let me have one. The saying "All I want for christmas" seriously comes into play.

ITs just weird... I barely even know that I am pregnant (since I havent been sick) and If I at least know what it is then I can at least start buying stuff and thinking of names and visualizing what this baby is going to look like.

All right I will end now. Just remember it is the spirit of Christmas that keeps us going.

Moving Day

Moving day is 9 days away. I can not believe it. Especially since i can not pull myself out of bed. I guess I should be greatful that I am not pregnant sick, but I am seriously pregnant tired. I need to find a way to set like 100 alarm clocks all around my house so that I can get up and get things packed. But the worst part is how to pack everything you still need when you have 9 days left. Its a horrible never ending cycle.

Husband to the rescue

Alright so I had a "funny" moment today. I was in the middle of doing laundry and the dryer sheets fell behind the dryer. Why is this "funny" you ask? Because I was determined to get them out myself. I lived on my own for seven years and I feel like I can do anything. But...well lets say that my patience is not all there lately and I was very upset that I could not get the stupid dryer sheets, so I did it. I had to turn around and say "I cant get them will you do it for me" which ended up being in my best interest because then i got this picture. Just remember how big my husband is and how small apartment washer and dryers are. Please enjoy!!!

Abbie's little message...

I am having a bad day! My mom and dad just told me that I wont be the only baby in the house anymore. My dad says a boy is coming to visit in 7 months but my mom says that it will be a little girl. I don't want a baby in the house. They cry and they scare me.

I know that it makes mom and dad so happy but I loved being the only child so much. Oh well its something else to play with. I just hope that grandma still loves me when the baby comes.

Life is crazy, but listen to mine...

So since I got back from Utah...
1. I dont feel very good
2. I decided to go through my house and oraganize everything that was in a tub and find a place for it
3. then we decided to move to my parents house in 2 months so now i need to start packing for what goes to storage and what comes with us.
4. work almost 50 hours
5. help my mom do stuff at her house (we are having a garage sale soon)
6. get bills oraganized (this sounds crazy but i have almost been on vacation for 2 months)
7. take care of sterling - he had his tonsils out- (while still working)
8. and of course keep Abbie occupied because all she wants to do is play with her dad!!

Life goes on but I could really use a vacation!!!

To cute not to share

I had to go to Utah over memorial weekend to help Emily move into a new apartment. I was gone for four days and since I had worked so much the week before I just really missed Abbie and Sterling. Luckily I got the cutest picture of the two of them when I got back.

I'm back...

So I can not tell you how long the month of August was. Since I took a weeks vacation from work along with the rest of the staff we all ended up working so much to cover each others vacations that no one had to use any "paid time off".

So here are some pictures.

This is Sterlings family. There are 4 boys that were born within 5 years of each other. Steven, the oldest is in the back left (with the long ugly beard) next to him is Stuart who is just younger then Sterling and on the ground is Spencer who just got home from is mission in Georgia.

Coming home from on of our MANY IN-N-OUT trips we see this getting on the freeway. Yes it is a big biker dude riding one of those little tiny vespa's . The guy in front of him was riding one of those little motorcycles like a mini one but I coulnt get a picture of him.

I know it would be fun to take a long distance motorcylce trip but SERIOUSLY ... a VESPA??? Do they even get up to the speed limit????

And now my favorite and not just because i was married there but look how pretty the Las Vegas temple is!!! I LOVE the temple. It has palm trees, green grass, and the mountains are less then five minutes away, where else does that happen??? Sorry I could not capture all three for everyone.
