Our first post baby date

Sterling and I finally went on a date and we went without the baby. It was a lot easier then i thought it would be. We went to a celebrity baseball game but it started to rain so we left and went to dinner at a new place and the food was just ok. So we went and got ice cream and it was fabulous and then we came home at 10:30 to a sleeping baby that slept until 6:00 the next morning. So the beginning started out a little out dissapointing but it ended up being the best night ever.

Sleeping Emma

Lately we have become aware that Emma is getting use to being held. So we are working on different ways of getting her to sleep.

Today I just laid her in her bed and I was not going in there no matter what until she went to sleep. She actually just sat there for about 1/2 hour and then when it was quite this is what i found.
